In this privacy statement you can read how we as a real estate agency take care of your data.

What data is recorded by us?

You sell or rent your object
When you engage us as a real estate agent for the sale or rental of your object, our real estate agency will record the following information:

- your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address
- the reason for the sale or rental, for example a larger living space or change of work
- the date of registration of the object and the period that the object is or has been for sale or rent
- the description and characteristics of the object such as the asking price or rental price, the year of construction, the surfaces and layout, cadastral data and the WOZ value
- visual material such as photos and videos of the object.
- the reason for any withdrawal of the brokerage assignment
- when the object has been sold or rented: the transaction data such as the sale or rental price and the transaction date
- other information you provide to us 

You are looking for another object
When you engage us as a real estate agency to purchase or rent an object or arrange a viewing at an object, our real estate agency can record the following information:

- your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address
- the search profile in which your wishes regarding an object are included
- information about your current object, such as the purchase or rental price, the reason for buying or renting, for example a larger living space or a change of job
- your age and income category and family composition
- when you have bought or rented an object: the transaction details such as the purchase or rental price and the transaction date
- other information you provide to us 

You buy or rent an object from someone who uses our real estate agency.
When you have bought or rented an object and the seller or lessor has been assisted by our real estate agency, our real estate agency can record the following information:

- your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address
- information about the object that you have bought or rented, such as the address, characteristics of the object, the purchase or rental price and the transaction date
- the reason for buying or renting
- your age and income category and family composition
- information about your old object, such as the purchase or rental price
- other information you provide to us

What does our real estate agency use this information for?

You sell or rent your object or you are looking for another object
Our brokerage firm uses your data to carry out the brokerage assignment you have given us. Your data may also be used:

- to bring your object to the attention of the public, for example on Funda, on the website of our real estate agency or in sales brochures
- to carry out appraisals and other valuations (your object will only be used as a reference property)
- to perform analyzes and reports so that our brokerage firm can improve its services
- for sending information about products and services of our brokerage firm; if you want to unsubscribe from this, you can contact us.

You are looking for another object
When you engage our real estate agency when purchasing or renting an object or viewing an object. Your data may also be used:

- to send information about other objects
- to perform analyzes and reports so that we can improve our services
- for drawing up formal documents; Purchase Deed, Purchase Agreement, (OTD) Service Order or Appraisal Report

You buy or rent an object from someone who uses the services of our real estate agency.
Our real estate agency uses your data to maintain contact with you, for example to send you the purchase agreement. Your data may also be used:

- for advisory purposes, if requested by you
- to perform analyzes and reports so that we can improve our services
- for drawing up formal documents; Purchase Deed, Purchase Agreement, (OTD) Service Order or Appraisal Report

Security and retention period
Our brokerage firm will ensure that your data is adequately secured so that your data is protected against unauthorized use, unauthorized access, alteration and unlawful destruction. Your data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above or insofar as this is necessary for compliance with legal obligations and for the resolution of any disputes.

Inspection, correction and deletion
Requests for inspection, correction or deletion of data should be directed to our real estate agency, stating your name and address. In principle, our brokerage firm will respond to a request for inspection or correction within four weeks. In the event of a request for deletion, our brokerage firm will delete the relevant personal data as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law requires us to keep the relevant personal data or there are (other) urgent reasons that oppose deletion.
